Free trial

Every new gym gets a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, so no refund applies.

Paid plans

Once you pay for a plan, the amount is non-refundable.

When we will refund

We will refund your payment in these cases only:

• Your payment was deducted twice for the same plan.
• Your payment was deducted but your plan was not activated.

How to ask for a refund

Contact us at support@fitmanagehq.com or +91 93109 63544 with your gym name, payment date and transaction ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Support hours

Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM. Sunday, 2 PM to 5 PM. We reply within 24 hours.
